I am managing a fantastic new build sales role, working for one of the leading developers across Suffolk & Essex. My client is looking for a motivated sales negotiator that can come on board and sell a live site in Braintree, Essexto a high standard. My client is open to candidates from estate agency, car sales or any type of customer facing sales experience or of course if you have done new build sales previously.
The role of a new build sales exec is to sell the live development, qualify the potential buyers and convert the sales in person.
Responsibilities:
- Sell new build properties / mixture of appartments and houses
- Meet and greet customers who walk in to view the development
- Build 5 star relationships
- Be Target driven and hungry to push on with more sales
- Learn the company values and implement them daily
