We are supporting a well-established company based in Braintree with recruiting for a Telesales Administrator on a permanent basis. The salary is paying between 25k-28k per annum (DOE) and the hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. This is an office-based position and free parking on-site.
Duties will include:
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls from new and existing customers
- Responsible for managing customer accounts, promoting business products and services to customers
- Dealing with customers queries and asking questions to customers to understand their requirements
- Following up on sale leads and customer quotations
- Dealing with customer complaints efficiently by finding solutions or passing across to the management team when required
- Maintaining customer records and supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks when required
To be successful for this role, you must have at least 2 years' experience in business to business or sales experience. As you will be responsible for cold calling, following up on leads, and managing customer accounts, you must be a strong communicator with excellent people skills and high attention to detail.
