A handyman/multi-trader is needed for a permanent customer care role with a high-end residential builder in the Essex area.
The position offers a salary between £40,000 and £42,500, requiring a multi-trader background and immediate availability.
Contracted hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, with flexibility, and candidates must provide their own tools.
Duties include carpentry, tiling, painting, and general handyman tasks, but do not involve plumbing, gas, or electrical work.

We require a handyman/Multi-trader for a permanent customer care role, working for a high-end residential builder, ready for an immediate start.

This job will be based at different locations in & arround the Essex area.

Job Description:

- Multi-trader background preferred

- 40 - 42.5k salary

- 8am - 5pm contracted hours (flexible)

- Own tools are required

- work taking place will consist of; making good, carpentry, tiling, filling holes, mastic, painting/decorating & general handyman duties. (No plumbings, gas or electrics)
