About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Psychology Teacher to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for teaching Key Stage 4 and 5 students, helping them to develop a deep understanding of psychological theories, research methods, and real-world applications. You will play a pivotal role in nurturing students' academic growth and encouraging a love for the subject.


Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and high-quality Psychology lessons across Key Stage 4 and 5.
Inspire students to develop critical thinking skills and a passion for the subject.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel motivated and supported.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the continued success of the department.


About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A strong background in Psychology, with a passion for teaching the subject.
Experience teaching Psychology at Key Stage 4 and 5 (desirable but not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
