Are you a maintenance engineer available immediately? Do you live near Braintree? If so, we're looking for a Temporary Factory Maintenance Engineer to join this busy team for at least a 3 month period.
An electronics manufacturing company in Braintree are looking for a maintenance engineer to join them as soon as possible. Pay will be up to 20ph depending on experience and working hours are Monday to Thursday, 07:45 to 16:15 and a 15:15 finish on Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on factory machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues promptly to minimise downtime
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to prolong equipment lifespan
- Collaborate with the production team to address maintenance needs and ensure seamless operations
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and report any recurring issues
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in factory machine maintenance
- Ideally have a forklift licence, however not essential for the role
- Relevant technical certifications or equivalent experience preferred
