Assistant Lettings Manager - Exciting Opportunity with Our Client
Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join one of their flagship branches, working as part of a highly successful lettings team.
In this role, you will take on a key leadership position, deputising for the Lettings Manager when required and providing essential support to the team. This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Lettings Consultant looking to step up or a current Assistant Manager seeking better career growth, training, and earning potential.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Residential Lettings (essential)
* Strong communication skills with a professional and positive attitude
* IT proficient with experience using MS Office packages
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to lead and motivate an enthusiastic lettings team
* Full UK driving licence required
Salary & Benefits:
Our client offers a competitive remuneration package, including:
* Basic salary circa 20,000 - 22,000 per annum
* Realistic OTE of 32,000 - 35,000 per annum (commission & bonuses)

Hours of Work:
* 5-day week:
* Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
* Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
* Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (with a weekday off when working Saturdays)
