A Manufacturing company in the Braintree are looking for an Office Assistant on a temporary - permanent basis. This is a full-time position working; 8.00 - 16.30 Monday - Friday, paying 8.60 - 11.44 per hour.
This is a great opportunity for a college leaver with good grades to work for a friendly company and start a career in Administration!
*Please note you do need to be able to drive due to the location of this position.
Main duties for this Office Assistant will include but are not limited to:
- Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email.
- Helping customer queries regarding the progress of orders.
- Keeping a log of all communication with the customer.
- Order processing and updating the CRM system.
- Scanning.
- Shredding.
- Distributing post and franking.
- Helping the team with different admin duties.
Key Skills & Experience needed to be considered for this position:
- Must have GCSE English and Maths grade C or above.
- Good level of IT Literacy - MS Office, Excel.
- Ability to communicate across all mediums - telephone, face to face and email.
- Someone who is highly organised with great attention to detail.
