Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant/Operations Manager based in Braintree on a temporary to permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day operation of a small Digital Marketing business.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managing and organising MD’s email inbox
  • Delegating tasks to staff members and external freelancers
  • Following up on delegated tasks, seeing through to completion
  • Managing inbound enquiries and deciding appropriate action
  • Managing any queries/issues from customers
  • Taking job briefs from customers
  • Writing small parts of website content
  • Utilisation of AI
  • Assisting with processing of expenses
  • Running reports
  • Liaising with existing clients
  • General PA and Administrative duties

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Organised and self motivated
  • Ability to work independently
  • An interest in digital marketing
  • Previous PA/Office experience
  • Ability to make effective decisions

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.

In return our client offers a basic salary of up to £30,000 per annum and hybrid working may be considered.
