I am working with a great company to recruit for a Marketing Executive to join their team in a dynamic and varied role that encompasses all aspects of marketing. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about driving brand awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting business growth through effective marketing strategies.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Outline and implement the marketing approach for the business, focusing on various channels and strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Coordinate and create marketing materials for branch events, including leaflets and posters, and promote these events via websites, email, and social media platforms.
  • Regularly review and update website content to ensure it remains relevant and engaging.
  • Design and execute impactful email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and oversee the company’s social media platforms, collaborating with the Social Media Coordinator to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Create graphics for online use, as well as posters and literature for branch and trade counters.
  • Produce advertisements for various print and online publications.
  • Analyse commercial outcomes of marketing efforts and present findings and actionable insights to the Commercial Director.
  • Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in event coordination, website content management, digital marketing, and advertising.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in copywriting.
  • Ideally, part or fully qualified in CIM or a similar marketing qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, various Social Media platforms, and Content Management Systems.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, adhering to deadlines.
