Experienced Project Manager Needed for Cleanroom Construction project in Braintree

Introductory Paragraph:

We are currently seeking an experienced project manager to oversee a full Design & Build turnkey cleanroom construction project on behalf of our valued client. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience as both the principle contractor and designer, with proven success managing similar projects from inception through completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of this multi-faceted build-from breaking ground until final handover.
- Collaborate with design teams and contractors to ensure that work is progressing according to schedule while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage costs throughout the entire process by monitoring budgets closely; communicate any cost overruns or savings opportunities promptly.

Qualifications:
-The successful candidate will need excellent communication skills since they must manage multiple stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, vendors etc., effectively communicating across different levels within the organization.
-Proven track record in delivering high-quality builds safely efficiently within budget constraints whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Skills Required:
-Possess strong leadership qualities which allow them to lead team members towards common goals objectively and fairly respecting individuals' opinions and feedback provided staff
- Able to meet targets and timelines agreed-upon between parties involved
-Able to demonstrate expertise handling complex projects involving various technologies, materials, equipment and methodologies using innovative solutions to adapt to changing circumstances encountered during course their assignments.


Rate offered for this position up to 400 per day. Duration of contract up to May 2025.
