Senior Lettings Consultant

Colchester

My client has exciting opportunities for experienced Senior Lettings Consultants to join their award-winning team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct rental valuations and negotiate with landlords to secure property listings.
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
  • Engage with potential new tenants to understand their preferences and recommend suitable rental properties.
  • Facilitate and negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of industry experience is essential.
  • Confident, outgoing, enthusiastic, and competitive personality.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanour.
  • Proficiency in IT, including familiarity with MS Office and the ability to learn bespoke in-house software quickly.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic salary between £19,000 - £20,000 per annum, based on experience, with a company car or car allowance, commission, bonuses, and other financial incentives, offering a realistic OTE of up to £30,000 per annum.

Hours of Work:

  • Full-time, 5 days per week, including Saturdays with a day off during the week.
  • Branch hours:
    • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
    • Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
    • Saturday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
