My client is looking for a number of Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their team, they are a lovely team and looking for someone who want to join that. Ideal candidate will have some business/ office experience but keen to build a career within Estate agency.

Duties:

Liaising with potential new tenants
Understand individual requirements and backgrounds, to make informed recommendations of suitable properties to rent
Good understanding of the property portfolio
Coordinating and conducting property viewings
Negotiating terms between the landlord and tenants.
