Key Responsibilities:路 Teach engaging Maths lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students. 路 Plan and deliver lessons that cater to a wide range of learning styles and abilities. 路 Foster a deep understanding of mathematical concepts while encouraging a love for the subject. 路 Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to support their development. 路 Work closely with the Maths department to share best practices and continuously improve teaching strategies. 路 Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities, such as maths clubs or revision sessions.
Ideal Candidate:路 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. 路 A degree in Mathematics or a related field. 路 A passion for teaching Maths and inspiring students to achieve their best. 路 Strong classroom management and communication skills. 路 Ability to motivate and engage students, building their confidence in the subject. 路 Commitment to high standards of teaching and professional development.
