Are you a dedicated educator looking for a dynamic role in primary education? We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic individual to join our primary schools in Braintree as a PPA Cover Teacher. This position offers the opportunity to teach across various year groups, providing essential planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) cover for our teaching staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different subjects and year groups, following the school's curriculum and policies.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, managing classroom behaviour in line with school guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity and progression in students' learning experiences.
• Assess and record pupils' progress, providing feedback to support their development.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in primary schools, with a solid understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different year groups and subjects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
