About this Role

Our partner school in Braintree is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team. This exciting role involves teaching groups and providing teacher cover across the primary age range.

What we’re looking for:
We invite you to apply if you:

• Meet the Higher Level Teaching Assistant standards or hold an equivalent qualification or experience.
• Have excellent numeracy and literacy skills, with a minimum of GCSE Grade C in Maths and English.
• Are proficient in using ICT effectively.
• Possess a strong working knowledge and experience of implementing the national curriculum and other relevant learning programmes or strategies.
• Are able to develop positive relationships with children and adults alike.
