Learning Support Assistant

Location: Braintree
Salary: £80 - £100 per day

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a forward-thinking organisation in Braintree. The successful Learning Support Assistant will play a key role in supporting students with their educational journey, contributing to a creative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students, helping to remove barriers to learning.
• Collaborate with teachers to enhance the learning experience.
• Support students in achieving their educational and personal goals.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Engage with students, fostering enthusiasm and motivation.
