Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â As a Learning Support Assistant you will provide one-to-one support to specific student's with learning needs, on a 1:1 or small group basis.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â As a Learning Support Assistant you will collaborate with teachers, Special Education Coordinators, and other professionals to support the student effectively.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Foster a positive and supportive relationship with the student to promote their well-being and engagement.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â As a Learning Support Assistant you will monitor and track the student's progress, providing feedback to the teacher and parents as needed.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a holistic support system.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Inspire students to reach their full potential.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Promote student confidence, self-esteem, and social skills, fostering a positive relationship with all students.

Qualifications and Skills:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting student success.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Initiative and a willingness to collaborate with the teaching team.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Relevant experience working with children or young people, ideally in a learning support role.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â A passion for supporting young people to learn and develop.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The ability to adapt to different learning styles and support students with a range of abilities
