Our schools in Braintree are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Complex Needs Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join the team starting immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education and keen to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences.

As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), the successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting both teachers and students. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.

- Provide individual and small group support to students with varying needs.

- Encourage and motivate students, promoting positive learning behaviours.
