Requirements:

  • An up to date enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the willingness to obtain one.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
  • Previous experience working with young people with challenging behaviour is essential.
  • Strong understanding of various special educational needs, along with excellent communication, patience, and empathy.
  • Ability to manage and positively respond to challenging behaviour.
