Are you a passionate and motivated Graduate Tutor looking to inspire and support secondary school students in Braintree? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our schools immediately, providing targeted academic support and mentorship to students. The Role:

As a Graduate Tutor, you will:

  • Deliver small group and 1:1 tuition sessions to students who require additional academic support.
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Provide tailored interventions to help students achieve their full potential.
  • Support students’ learning across core subjects, adapting your approach to suit different needs.
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Requirements:

  • A degree in any subject (Education or related fields preferred).
  • A passion for working with young people and supporting their development.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
