The Just Recruitment Group Ltd is currently recruiting for a Labourer for their client based in Braintree, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an organisation that is offering a varied project workload with excellent scope for progression.The role will require close coordination with various departments including, Goods In/Out and the factory.The main responsibilities in this role are as follows -* Loading and unloading delivery vehicles manually (if required).* Using industrial hoover to clean areas.* Labouring - removing metal parts from sand moulds and placing sand in recycling plant.* General Labouring - sweeping, emptying bins, clearing areas.* Operating cranes to weight and move parts.* Work in a safe and efficient manner.* Participate in company safety initiatives.* Work to provide results in a timely manner in accordance with planned dates/times.* Assist with improvements (Lean 5s) to procedures, equipment, operating methods etc. to increase efficiency.Suitable applicants will be comfortable in use of a computer for Email, Word and ExcelForklift Licence advantageousThe successful candidate will ideally display the following attributes -* Hard working and self-motivated.* Ability to use initiative to plan workload when required.* Strong team working and interpersonal skills.* Experience in Quality Assurance and process control* Used to working in a heavy Industrial Engineering EnvironmentHours of work40 hours per weekMonday to Thursday 6.00am - 4.15pmFor more information on this position, please contact Just Recruitment Group Ltd on telephone quoting job reference 913585.Please note that if you have not been contacted within 7 days, your application for this position has been unsuccessful.
