Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Welder Fabricator on behalf of our client based in Braintree, Essex, on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing welding tasks to a high standard, working with various materials, and ensuring that all projects meet the required specifications.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Performing MIG and TIG welding tasks on various materials.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to complete work accurately.
- Ensuring all welding work is completed to a high standard and meets quality requirements.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Reporting any issues or defects to the relevant team members.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure production deadlines are met.
Experience, Education & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a MIG / TIG Welder.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
- Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic.
- Flexible approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to welding.
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm.
In return, our client offers a starting salary from £13.00 per hour, DOE.
