Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 1 in 3 Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

As a Property Valuer, you will be responsible for accurately assessing the value of residential and commercial properties. You will conduct thorough market analysis, liaise with clients and provide expert advice to help them make informed decisions about their property assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accurate and professional property valuations, considering market trends, property conditions, and comparable data.
  • Meet with clients to discuss property valuations, providing clear explanations and expert advice.
  • Stay informed about local and national property market trends to provide up-to-date valuations.
  • Prepare detailed and comprehensive valuation reports for clients and internal teams.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, estate agents, surveyors and other industry professionals to enhance business opportunities.
  • Ensure all valuations adhere to industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property valuation, estate agency or a similar role is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the property market, local area trends and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • A valid driving licence is required to travel between properties and client meetings.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
