Job Description:

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Administrator to support the efficient delivery of a client project as part of a dedicated team. Responsibilities will include timely handling of administrative tasks, maintaining governance, document control and providing programme updates.

Key Tasks:

  • Provision of programme information to internal and external customers in a timely manner
  • Establish and maintain systematic document control
  • Ensure tasks like Lessons learned, customer feedback etc are completed and recorded.
  • Tracking of financial metrics on cost actuals against budget
  • Review project financial data for anomalies and inconsistencies, escalate and support resolution

The successful candidate will need:

  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Attention to detail & accuracy whilst managing large volumes of information
  • Ability to learn new tools and design a simple system to support a process
  • Proactive approach and anticipating what may be needed
  • Strong communication & listening skills
  • Team worker but with a capability to work alone with a minimum of guidance
  • Proficient in office application
