Job Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced Project Administrator to support the efficient delivery of a client project as part of a dedicated team. Responsibilities will include timely handling of administrative tasks, maintaining governance, document control and providing programme updates.
Key Tasks:
- Provision of programme information to internal and external customers in a timely manner
- Establish and maintain systematic document control
- Ensure tasks like Lessons learned, customer feedback etc are completed and recorded.
- Tracking of financial metrics on cost actuals against budget
- Review project financial data for anomalies and inconsistencies, escalate and support resolution
The successful candidate will need:
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Attention to detail & accuracy whilst managing large volumes of information
- Ability to learn new tools and design a simple system to support a process
- Proactive approach and anticipating what may be needed
- Strong communication & listening skills
- Team worker but with a capability to work alone with a minimum of guidance
- Proficient in office application
