What you'll be doing?
Ensure all contract timescales are being met by the project team (management of CEMAR)
Ensure the contract is being administered in accordance with the contract (Scope and term/conditions)
Lead the review of compensation events
Lead the assessment of the application for payment and forecast to completion
Administer CEMAR at the weekly Early Warning meeting
Lead the input of figures and supporting narrative for the monthly Project Management Review (PMR) meeting
Liaise with Client CEMAR Superuser for all access/delegation/user queries
Prepare any Defined Cost audit queries for the Auditor
Provide pre contract support to the project team as and when required (population of invitation to tender documents, tender assessment spreadsheets and analysis of tender returns)
What you'll need?
Understanding Contract Management such as NEC
Familiarisation with CEMAR
Support of Early Warnings and compensation events
Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
Security Cleared (or the ability to gain SC Clearance)
