THE ROLE

• ART TEACHER, KS 3 - 4
• BRAMPTON, CUMBRIA

Vida Education are looking to recruit an Art teacher for a long-term cover. This role will be starting in January and will last until the end of the academic year.

The ideal candidate with be able to teach Art to KS3 and KS4 classes and you will take the role of a cover member of staff in a highly supportive environment working Monday to Friday up until the end of the academic year. The role is on a full-time basis and applications are welcome from both Newly Qualified and experienced Art Teachers. You will be reporting directly to the head of the Art & Photography

You would be required to help maintain and improve the high standards that are already set. YOU WILL NEED TO BE;

• A talented and ambitious Art Teacher seeking an opportunity to work in a fantastic school.
• An Art Teacher passionate about their subject, with excellent knowledge of KS3 and KS4.
• Someone who always strives to get the best out of your students and will immerse themselves into the ethos of the school and their policies.

YOU WILL NEED TO;

• Have UK Right To Work Status
• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification
• Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour and always strive to get the best out of your students.
• Complete a registration with Vida Education which includes holding a current Enhanced DBS registered with the DBS Update Service, or be prepared to apply for a new ENHANCED DBS.
