We are currently recruiting for a Shot Blaster for our client in the ST14 -Uttoxeter AREA
If you are looking for a role which is Hands on and has the benefit of work 4 days a week then this role will be perfect for you.
Pay £12.04 (No Experience) £12.95 ( Experienced Shot Blaster ) + £12 per day shift Allowance
Pay scale will increase with every skill you are trained on meaning if you have experience you will be on more money per hour.
Working Hours Monday to Thursday 3:30pm-1am (36 hour week) OFF Friday,Saturday and Sunday every week.
For the following role you will need to have some experience within this role
Duties will include :
Prepare surfaces for powder coating, including cleaning and
applying pretreatments.
Operate powder coating equipment and ensure quality standards are
met.
Perform maintenance on equipment and maintain a safe work area.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
Assist in managing raw material inventory and collaborate to
enhance coating processes.
The ideal candidate will have the below:
- Experience in a similair role
- Shot Blasting experience will be beneficial
- any expereince in a Assembly/Manufacturing role will be beneficial
- Able to commute to Uttoxeter
The ideal candidate will have experience although they are willing to train someone with no expereince who has the right mindset
