I am looking for a Refurbishment Contracts Manager to join a property maintenance company in East Anglia. The Refurbishment Contracts Manager will be responsible for the delivery of contracts on both new and refurbishments works valuing £3m. This Role offers a company vehicle and private medical insurance.Refurbishment Contracts Manager duties:
  • Assist in the co-ordination, preparation, processing and selection of estimates, bids and tender
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality and standards
  • Oversee the management and delivery of a number of contracts, both new work and refurbishment, up to the value of £3m
  • Assist in selection of site team and suitable contractors
What is required for the role:
  • Strong contractual awareness
  • Detailed understanding of programming and budgets, including final accounts
  • Experience in contract administration, planning, estimating, tender processes, health & safety and staff management
  • Extensive experience working as a Contracts Manager/Project Manager on a variety of projects ranging in value up to £3m
