- Look after assigned customer accounts, nurturing and building long last relationships
- Focus on revenue growth within existing accounts
- Be responsible for order management, managing timescales, deliveries and projects
- Utilise and log all customer account information on the internal CRM

- Previous experience as an Account Manager, Account Exec, Customer Success or similar
- Proven track record of relationship management and revenue growth within customer accounts
- Experience of using order management and CRM software
- Experience within a product-based business, ideally manufacturing or similar

- Ā£35,000 to Ā£45,000 per annum base salary
