Are you an experienced supervisor with a strong background in fire compliance?
We are seeking a Fire Compliance Site Supervisor to oversee critical projects in the Brandon, Suffolk area.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple sites, ensuring all work is conducted in compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Oversee adherence to health and safety protocols by operatives on-site.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of safety and quality across all locations.
- Travel between sites daily based on instructions provided by the Fire Department Manager, which may vary weekly or daily.
- Act as the main point of contact on-site, ensuring smooth communication and coordination with team members and management.

Person specification:
- Experience on the tools as a fire door fitter and fire stopping with knowledge of fire door regulations
- Experience/knowledge of fire door surveying highly desirable
- Accreditation/knowledge of third-party certification such as FIRAS and/or BM TRADA
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Asbestos Awareness certification
- IT competent as you will be required to use an iPad and/or laptop to perform compliance checks and reporting to Fire department Contracts Manager and Lead Fire surveyor of any issues found onsite
- Good communication skills, polite, and approachable
- Able to follow direction and use your initiation to make quick decisions on-site within the parameters of the Site Supervisor role
- Hand tools and a minimum of drill/driver for small snags/customer care calls on occasion
- Full, clean UK driving licence
