The ideal candidate will work effectively within their production team to ensure high-quality concrete products are manufactured to company standards.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 6:00-18:00, however the company is flexible and 8 hour shifts are also available.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of premade concrete walls and related products
- Install reinforced steel within casts before concrete pouring
- Add, amend, and alter rebar sizes as required by specifications
- Paint concrete products to company standards when required
- Load and unload materials
- Assist within other areas of the production facility as needed
- Maintain a clean and tidy workstation
- Support other production team members as needed
- Previous manufacturing or construction experience preferred
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow health and safety protocols
- Reliable transportation and good attendance record
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, as work areas may be in open environments
