A leader in the provision of fire protection services is looking for experienced fire stoppers to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. You will be working on domestic projects, carrying out new installations of and remediation works to fire resistant materials. The works will be based across East Anglia and will cover multiple areas with large housing associations.
The successful candidate will have
- At least two years’ fire stopping experience
- NVQ level 2 passive fire protection
- Valid CSCS card
- Experience with batt and mastic, fire barrier and compound
- Fire curtain experience desired but not essential
- Surveying experience would be an advantage
- Experience working on social housing FRA contracts
Roles and Responsibilities
- Installing and carrying out remedial works to penetrations and loft spaces
- Complete works in line with the manufacture’s specification
- Document works on a step-by-step basis, ensuring evidence is taken accurately
- Problem solving and being able to overcome unforeseen issues with the work
- Liaise with customers and members of the general public

- £38,000 - £40,000 per year, based on a 40hr working week
