A fantastic opportunity has arisen in Brandon working as a Lettings Administrator. The role is with an established Lettings Agent who are looking to add to their team due to increased business levels.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 9 – 5.30pm
- Alternate Saturdays with lieu day provided
The successful Lettings Administrator will be offered:
- Basic salary £23,500 - £26, 000
- Mileage expenses
- 25 days plus bank holiday
To be considered for the Lettings Administrator role you must have:
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in property-related role.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Driving licence
As a Lettings Administrator, your role will involve:
- Dealing with Property Maintenance issues
- Lettings administration
- Property inspections
- Viewings
- Check-ins and Check-outs
