We are seeking Production Operatives in the Lincoln area to join our team during an exciting phase of business growth.
Candidates should have previous production or grading experience and be able to work 12-hour day shifts.
The role involves manual tasks related to packing, grading, and stacking operations, with shifts varying between 4 on 4 off or 4 on 3 off.
Attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality are essential, along with the ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
Candidates must have their own transport due to the lack of nearby bus routes, and the salary for this position is competitive.

We are looking for Production Operatives to join our Lincoln area. We are currently at an exciting time for the business, with new automation recently installed as part of our continuous improvement plans.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have PPE (Safety boots and Hi Vis)

- Can travel to, in and around the Lincoln area

- Can work 12-hour day shifts

You will be responsible for carrying out various manual tasks associated with the packing, grading and stacking operations.

Shifts range between the below:

- 4 on 4 off

- 4 on 3 off

- Any 5 out of 7

Requirements:

-Attention to details is a must

- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods

- Previous Production/grading experience

- Reliable and Punctual with a strong work etic

- Own transport (no bus routes nearby)
