Sonic Summary

We are seeking Production Operatives to join our team in the Lincoln area.
Candidates should have previous production or grading experience and must be reliable and punctual.
The role involves manual tasks related to packing, grading, and stacking operations, with a focus on attention to detail.
Shifts include Sunday to Wednesday, with options for 4 on 4 off, 4 on 3 off, or any 5 out of 7.
The position requires PPE, the ability to travel, and the capability to work 12-hour day shifts, with a competitive salary offered.

We are looking for Production Operatives to join our Lincoln area. We are currently at an exciting time for the business, with new automation recently installed as part of our continuous improvement plans.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have PPE (Safety boots and Hi Vis)

- Can travel to, in and around the Lincoln area

- Shift pattern is Sunday - Wednesday

- Can work 12-hour day shifts

You will be responsible for carrying out various manual tasks associated with the packing, grading and stacking operations.

Shifts range between the below:

- 4 on 4 off

- 4 on 3 off

- Any 5 out of 7

Requirements:

- Attention to details is a must

- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods

- Previous Production/grading experience

- Reliable and Punctual with a strong work etic

- Own transport (no bus routes nearby)
