My client a leading Interior / Residential Design Studio is looking for a Project Architect
They are a multidisciplinary Design Studio with Interior Designers, Interior Architects and Architects in an open plan office space, with multiple meeting, design and sample rooms including client and staff entertaining lounge.
You will be expected to work closely with the Directors of the company who are involved in every aspect the studio’s day-to-day running and all projects, who has a friendly wide-ranging mix of staff with a fun studio environment offering a good work / life balance and fun nights out with great potential to integrate yourself into the team and become part of a growing design studio.
You will need to have possessed a degree in Architecture essential and be ARB / RIBA Registered.
You will need to demonstrate and have proven experience in luxury residential design and be fully proficiency in AutoCad. Adobe Suite and 3D Modelling is a plus.
You will need have a independent attitude, can hit the ground running and have lots of energy & enthusiasm in project monitoring through all RIBA stages, have a strong technical understanding of construction methods, drawings and detailing and have a strong technical understanding of the Interior Architecture detailing and financial understanding of project costs and budget awareness and the ability work from concept to completion on your own or as part of a team and the ability to lead architectural projects with the backup of Directors and have the natural ability for problem solving, thinking on your feet but being commercially minded.
