My client is looking for a Site Manager to work on a project.

As an experienced Site Manager you will work on a high end residential new build abput 1.5 million on a single bespoke house.

There will be a mixture of refurb and new build overseeing all sub contractors and Health and Safetry and using all your existing contacts if needed.

You will need to have residential refurbishments experience and be able to work on high end projects.
