My client is a ever growing SME Construction company that specialise in Refurbishment, Loft Conversions and House Extensions.

The company is at a important part of their cycle and they need an experienced Project Manager to work alongside the owner in completing projects.

You will accompany the business owner during initial enquiries to assess project requirements and build client relationships and assist in pricing up jobs by gathering accurate site information and preparing preliminary estimates.(extensions, refurbs, kitchens, bathrooms) . You will supervise ongoing projects to ensure work is progressing to schedule and meets high-quality standards and source and bring in reliable subcontractors and workers for various aspects of construction projects and ensure all projects are completed on time and within the agreed budget.

You will maintain regular communication with clients to keep them updated on project progress and address concerns promptly and conduct on-site inspections to monitor safety, quality, and adherence to agreed specifications and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, resolve any issues or delays effectively, minimizing disruptions to project timelines. and act as a key point of contact between clients, workers, and management, ensuring smooth operations throughout the project lifecycle.

The client has projects in London, Ascot and Surrey, so you will need to be willing to get to the projects.

Must be able to provide proven examples of projects such as Extensions and High End Refurbishments.
