Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Site Manager to oversee a multiple fire stopping project in Nottingham. This project is expected to run for 4 weeks, potential for long term work and is due to start on Wednesday 12th March.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of trades and labourers, ensure they are working productively and to a high standard.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all work meets design specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Maintain project time-lines, budgets and manage any on-site challenges that may arise.
Requirements:
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- SMSTS
- Driving Licence
- Asbestos Awareness
- Joinery/ Carpentry background
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
