This is a pivotal role where the successful candidate will take on key financial responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations during this crucial period. Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including monthly management accounts, year-end reporting, and financial analysis.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assisting with the development and monitoring of budgets, ensuring financial forecasts align with company goals.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Overseeing AP/AR processes, ensuring timely payments and collections, and managing cash flow.
Taxation & Compliance: Managing VAT returns, preparing tax submissions, and ensuring the business adheres to all financial regulations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role and can maintain financial accuracy and control while providing strategic insight to the management team.Our client is looking for a qualified Accountant who meets the following criteria:

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial processes.
Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Attributes: Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
