In this role, you will be responsible for using technology with building designs to create technical plans for construction projects, as well as designing and developing plans, drawings and costs. You will also work closely with other architects, engineers and construction managers to ensure project requirements are met. In addition, you will also advise on materials and construction, evaluate the site, and supervise the construction.

The ideal Architectural Technologist will have a knowledge of building regulations as well as an understanding of timber frame construction. You will also be comfortable and confident to work autonomously as well as liaise with third parties.

The role:
