The Recruitment Co are Recruiting for Permanent Secretary for their client based in Brechin to start immediately.
Pay: 22,000 - 24,000 Per Annum
Location: Brechin
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with a 1 Hour and 15 Minutes break. 33.75 Hours per week Full time however Part time can also be discussed.
Contract: Permanent
Duties:
- Digital Audio typing
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- Preparing and collating reports
- Filing
- Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Managing databases and systems
Required Skills:
- Experience within a Secretary role
- High level of customer service skills
- Detail oriented
- Works well in part of a team
- Proficient in the use of MS Packages
