Do you want to bring your expertise in Wills & Probate to a thriving legal team based in the picturesque market town of Brecon? We are seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor to join our Brecon office, where you will manage a wide variety of private client matters and play a key role in delivering first-class legal services to the local community.

What you will do as a Private Client Solicitor or Lawyer

Take responsibility for a diverse caseload of Wills, Probate, and estate planning matters.
Draft complex Wills and manage the probate process from start to finish.
Advise clients on inheritance tax planning, trusts, and other wealth preservation strategies.
Build strong relationships with local clients and develop the firm's presence in Brecon.
Stay up to date with the latest legal developments in private client law and ensure the firm remains compliant.
Work collaboratively with our legal assistants and other members of the team to ensure efficient service delivery.

Required Experience as a Wills and Probate Solicitor/Lawyer:

We are seeking individuals capable of handling their own caseload efficiently. Whether you're newly qualified or at associate level, we welcome applications from a range of experience levels.

  • Qualified solicitor with expertise in Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
  • Solid technical ability in drafting legal documents and overseeing the probate process.
  • A personable, empathetic professional with strong communication skills.
  • Confident in managing cases independently but willing to work collaboratively with the team.
  • A proactive interest in engaging with the local community and contributing to the firm's expansion.
