A distinguished Chartered Quantity Surveying Consultancy based in Gloucester is eager to welcome a talented Quantity Surveyor to their vibrant and friendly team.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The incoming Quantity Surveyor will join a flexible, vibrant and collaborative team of 11 Quantity Surveyors, working closely alongside the Directors in a highly supportive environment.

This Consultancy engages in a wide range of sectors, including Healthcare, Education, Retail, Leisure, Office, Industrial, and Public. However, this role primarily concentrates on Private Residential projects valued between 500k and 10m, along with some Housing Association schemes.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a team passionate about ongoing staff development, offering full support for further education, additional courses, and Chartership. The Consultancy promotes a friendly and adaptable work culture, encouraging office presence three days a week with ample flexibility.

The Quantity Surveyor

Desired experience:

Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
Residential project experience is also highly desirable
Eager for further professional development such as Chartership
