A well-established Chartered Quantity Surveying Consultancy based in Gloucester is eager to welcome a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to their vibrant and friendly team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a flexible, vibrant, and collaborative team of 11 Quantity Surveyors, working closely alongside the Directors.
The company engages in a wide range of sectors, including Healthcare, Education, Retail, Leisure, Office, Industrial, and Public. However, this role primarily concentrates on Private Residential projects valued between 500k and 10m, along with some Housing Association schemes.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be part of a team passionate about ongoing staff development, offering full support for further education, additional courses, and Chartership. The Consultancy promotes a friendly and adaptable work culture, encouraging office presence three days a week with ample flexibility.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor
Desired experience:
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
- A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
- Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
- Residential project experience is also highly desirable
- Eager for further professional development such as Chartership
