Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager:

Research and identify new business opportunities in diverse markets, trends, and customer segments.

Develop comprehensive sales plans to exceed targets and penetrate new markets.

Plan and execute strategic sales campaigns, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.

Negotiate and finalise agreements with clients, closing new business deals.

Conduct sales forecasts, analyses, and present findings to senior management.

Generate leads, conduct cold calls, and establish meaningful contacts within organisations.

Cultivate and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs and proposing effective solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Marketing, to drive business objectives.
