Customer Service Advisor - Warehouse Operator - Full Time role - Chiswick based

**DRIVING LICENSE REQUIRED (at least 6 years)**

This is a full-time role with varied responsibilities. As a multiskilled warehouse operative you are responsible for a combination of different tasks. You will be working both alone and as part of a team. You will be driving to and from pick up locations, working behind the reception and keeping the storage unit clean, tidy and easily accessible to current and prospective customers.

The ability to work safely and comfortably in a hands-on environment is a must. This role does involve heavy lifting therefore physical fitness is a must. Following health and safety regulations is also very important to be considered for this role.

There is an administrative element to this role that does involve IT literacy and account management. Ensuring that all relevant paperwork is filled in by customers. General administration responsibilities will be a very important daily aspect of this role.

Duties include:

· Unloading and loading transport vehicles to and from storage facility

· Packing and unloading vans

· IT literate

· Comfortable in a customer facing role

Required:

· Full driving license

· Good communication skills

· Physical fitness

· Adaptable

· Flexible approach to working hours
