Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a housing organisation with their recruitment of a Repairs Administrator.
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the repairs team, to ensure delivery of an efficient and effective repairs and maintenance service.
What will you do in the role?
- Provide administrative support, in the delivery of repairs and compliance works
- Act as resident liaison for all repairs and safety works, to ensure that customer needs are met during all works projects
- Work closely with the Safety & Compliance Co-ordinator, to manage data on compliance module to ensure regulatory compliance is achieved by the organisation
- Liaise with contractors to ensure that timely reports and statistics are available to the senior leadership team
- Manage the repairs inbox
- Handling statutory notices
Who would excel in this role?
- Ability to diagnose repairs & raise orders
- Ability to communicate knowledgably with contractors on repairs & maintenance defects
- Ability to organise & maintain data management systems
- Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics
