The OpportunityOur fantastic rapidly growing client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their Accounts Payable team at their Head Office on the outskirts of Southall.Hours 37.5 hours - Monday-Friday - (Hybrid model - 2-3 days in the office) Car park on site & Modern offices - Job Responsibilities
- Process 150+ invoices per week
- Ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time.
- Authorise all invoices in accordance with minimum control guidelines.
- Code and post all invoices correctly and promptly, prioritising month-end close processing.
- Upload and maintain Web Expenses
- Reconcile supplier statements quarterly.
- Perform PO invoice 3-way matching.

Experience and Competencies
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role, including 3-way matching
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Sage
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail with invoice processing
- Professional and supportive communication skills, both internally and externally
