We are on the lookout for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team at this new location. If you have a passion for delivering top-notch hospitality and service, and you're eager to work alongside a well-known restaurateur, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
About the Role: In this role, you will work closely with the head chef and kitchen team to create and deliver modern British dishes of the highest quality. Youll be part of a team that values excellence, creativity, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
What Were Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a high-end, fast-paced restaurant.
- A reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented individual with a passion for the culinary arts.
- A positive Can Do Attitude and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Proximity to the Brentford area (within 3 miles) or a willingness to travel for both day and night shifts. Please consider your commute sustainability before applying.
